LINC is a spin-off from the psychology department of the University of Lüneburg, offering personality tests and training based on business psychological research at the highest level.
Our LINC Academy offers you various advanced training courses based on research in business psychology. These are inspired by the social and economic mega topics, developing one’s personality and intercultural competence. A certification for the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER enables you to build up competence in these topics of the future as a trainer, coach or HR employee. We have digitally implemented well-established business psychology instruments and methods in our LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER and CULTURE_ID tools, creating added value for our certified trainers / coaches and our business partners. We provide a variety of tools, including analysis and further development of personality styles, behavior patterns and competencies in the field of personality development / business coaching and in the field of international business / intercultural competence. Our certification workshop for the LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER has been accredited as Continuing Coaching Education (CCE).
This means that ICF-certified coaches can collect Continuing Coaching Education Units (CCEU) when participating in our Certification as LINC Coach/Trainer and expand their ICF core competencies.
