What is the LPP CANDIDATE CHECK?

The LPP CANDIDATE CHECK helps your talent management to systematically analyse potential candidates‘ fit to your open position. It includes a detailed LPP result report and a structured comparison of the applicant’s actual profile with your target profile specifically created for the position. The CANDIDATE CHECK analyses competencies as well as BIG FIVE facets in an ‘ACTUAL vs TARGET’ comparison.

The full LINC PERSONALITY PROFILER results report as a comprehensive source of information on the applicant*s personality.
The ‘TARGET vs ACTUAL’ comparison with the competency fields you have selected and which you consider particularly relevant for the position to be filled.
An overview of the ‘TARGET vs ACTUAL’ profiles of up to five applicants at a glance (optional)

You can choose between three ways to create a TARGET profile:

By selecting up to 10 competencies from a predefined list, you can create a custom-fit TARGET profile for the vacant position within a few minutes.
You access TARGET profiles that you have previously created, used for a selection process and then saved. This is especially useful if you often fill similar positions.
You can also access TARGET profiles stored in the system for a wide range of positions, which we have created using empirical data.
